What Is Next (W.I.N) July 2017 is here.  Let's take a look at what we got!!!

I love this make up bag that came this month.  Super cute print and a nice size. 

Okay let me start off with one of my favorite things a sheet mask.  This is a mask by Secret Key.  It is a Mayu Deep Nutrition mask.  This mask contains Jeju Mayu oil that provides intense moisture and nutrition to help skin be healthy and lively.  

Next we have another sheet mask😁.  This one comes from Nature Republic, Real Nature.  This mask is used to refresh and moisturize your skin for a quick pick me up.  

Now onto a a light moisturizer by Pink Water.  This cream contains peach extract and Vitamins A, C, and E  that hydrate tired and flaky skin.  This is a non sticky cream but remember a little goes a long way.  

This product is dedicated to one of the most neglected parts of the body our poor tired feet.  This treatment contains hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, mung bean, and brown rice extract to revitalize skin enzymes and restore vitality and freshness to tires feet and legs. 

We got another items from Ethude House this month.  It is the Baking Power BB Deep Cleaning Foam.  The names says it all, this cleaner contains baking power. Big surprise I know.😉 It also contains plant based rice bran powder.  The combination of these gives you a a cleaner that works great on those stubborn dead skin cells and makeup residue.  Another fun fact that is right in the name it works great on BB creams.

What Is Next (W.I.N) beauty kit Subscriptions Information.

It here.  July 2017 What Is Next (W.I.N) Beauty Kit!!

Before I get into what I got this month I just want to give a little info for anyone who have not tried a W.I.N subscription. 

W.I.N is a monthly subscription services that sends you 5-6 curated sample (with at least one items being full size) of makeup, hair care, and skin care for $14 a month.  This is an Asian subscription box that samples items from Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
 
Each beauty kit comes with a information card for your samples. This card gives you and description of each iteam and how to use them.  Being that the products are coming form Asian cultures having this information in English is very helpful.  The only thing I wish was different on this information card would be listing the price of the full size products. 

You also get a very cute collectibles make up bag each month. 

I have only been doing this service for a few months now and have to say I am happy with it so far.  I feel like it is one of the more underrated subscription out there.  You never really see it much in unboxing videos or blogs.  I hope to see that change.

Play! By Sephora July 2017

Let's check out Play! By Sephora and see what we got this month.

Let's start with something that comes in every Play box and that is the Play pass.  This pass gives you 50 Beauty Insider points to use in the Rewards Bazaar.  The lowest reward items in the Rewards Bazaar is 100 points so basicly you are geting a free deluxe sample every other month.  You do have to go into a Sephora store to redeem these point but that does not bother me in the least.  I enjoy walking around the store to see what fun things I might have missed online.

From one of my hands down favorite brands we got It Cosmetics Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara.  The full size for this mascara is $24 and worth every penny.  All of the It Cosmetics products that I have tried have benefits far bound just looking great and this is no exception.  This mascara is like skin care for your lashes.  It contains ingredients such as collagen, biotin, and peptides that conditions your lash all while giving them a wider and longer look.  This inky black formula is very buildable, which allows you to build up to all the volume you can ask for.  What more can you ask for in a mascara💖

Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Mask is great for these hot summer days.  Ideal for cooling off inflammation received  from a sunburn but is also great for after a peel, super strong facial, or waxing.  This  Gel uses botanicals extracts from cucumber, papaya, chamomile, pineapple, sugar maple, sugarcane, orange, lemon, bilberry, and also aloe vera.  This ulta gentle gel can be use overnight as a sleep mask.  Just use as the last step in your night time skin care, let is soak in and rinse in the morning.  This gel retails for $32.

Next we have a deep consisting masque from Madame C.J. Walker Beauty Culture.  I have not yet tried this but am looking forward to it.  This treatment is used after shampooing to deeply hydrate from scalp to strands end using shea butter and coconut oil.  There are notes of white flower and warm vanilla as well .  For a deeper conditioning heat can be applied with your hair dryer.  Full size is $32.

Drop a Balm with this Chubby Stick from Clinique.  This is a ulta hydrating tinted lip balm that offers sheer coverage for a quick flush of color.  I received the color Woppin Watermelon which will go great for a natural look.  This no need to sharpen balm goes for $17. 

From Ren we have the Everclam Global Protection Day Cream.  This cream has bio extracts of roman, chamomile, and calendula oil to soothe, calm, and heal skin.  Also it has great anti-oxidants and free radical scavengers like seaweed, arctic cranberry seed oil, and candle tree leaves to protect skin from UV damage and premature aging. This day cream is great for all skin types but works best on sensitive skin.  Full size price $45.

This month's perfume pick is Mon Guerlain.  It has notes of lavender, bergamot, Jasmine, iris, vanilla, and sandalwood.

Play! By Sephora July 2017 is here. 

Before I jump into what I got this month I want to give a little information for anyone who have not tried a Play box by Sphora.

Play! By Sephora is a monthly subscription service that costs $10 a month. When you sign up for the subscription you start out by filling out a Play profile.  You receive 5 deluxe samples and a fragrance sample each month.  The items you receive are based off the questions that you answered in your play profile (you can update you profile any time).  Your samples come in a cute collectible bag that changes each month.  Most of the times they are drawstring bags but I have received other styles.

You also receive a Play pass that gives you 50 extra Beauty Insider points to spend at the Rewards Bazaar.  All you have to do is bring your pass into any Sephora to redeem your points.  That's like getting a free deluxe sample every other a month. Your play pass also gives you access to Sephora Play Dates at select stores.  The Sephora that I go to does not participate in the Play Dates, so I can not give to much information on them.

A Play book come with box each month full of tips and tricks for the products that you received.  The play book also has a description of the items that you received.  The only thing that I wish they would include in the play book is the prices of the full size versions of the products. 

One other benafit you get with your subscription is access to exclusive how to videos.

Beauteque Monthly June/July Mask Maven Subscription review

It's here !!!June/July Beauteque Monthly Mask Maven subscription . I know that we are in July but Beauteque Monthly ships late in the month so you get your shipment the beginning of the following month.  This does not bother me because you sill receive your  Mask Maven subscription at the same time each month.  The only way you notice you are getting the bag from the month before is the title on the information card. 

This months them for Mask Maven is Life's a Beach.  I know it is the same them as the BB bag but the do both come from the same company so it makes sence.  So let's take a look at the masks the we got this month that make life beachy.🏝

I love this subscription!  I love all masks in my skin care routine but sheet masks are my hands down favorite.  Not just for the benefits of them ( don't get me wrong love that part) but how relaxing they are.  After a long day and you just need 15 minuets to yourself just put on a madk and relax.  By the time you take it off you feel total refreshed and relaxed.  

This mask from Urban Dollkiss.  It uses chamomile extract and Azulence that offer ant-inflammatory and soothing effect on dry and sensitive skin. 

From Adeline we have the Keep Cool and Let it Shine mask.  This mask is great for uneven skin tone, scarring, or sun damage.  The pear extract and the  vitamin complex working together to leave you skin radiant and glowing.  

From pure smile we have Point Pads.  These small masks are to target problem areas.  The great things about these is that they can be used anywhere on the body not just for face.  The kiwi pack is for radiance and nourishment and the cherry blossom is for moisture and clearing.  Both the kiwi and the cherry blossom are packed with vitamin E, collagen, and hyaluronic acid to quickly moisturize and soothe dry rough skin.  Just apply to problem area and relax for 5-10 minutes.  Remove and gently pay in remaining essence into skin.  

The Garrison Water Bomb Jelly Mask is a Anti-Wrinkle mask.  I have never tried a jelly mask and can not wait to see how this one works.  This mask is infused with pomegranate, tomato, and wine extracts to plump fine lines and restore damaged skin.  

This mask is from It's Skin.  It contains tea tree that helps control oil and shine.  It also soothes sunburned skin. 

The name of this mask says it all. The Stayed Up Late mask is perfect for when you did not get enough sleep and need to look refreshed.  Loaded with botanicals the mask will help keep your late night a secret.  

Dr. Nobori eye mask is packed with soy protein, hyaluronic acid, and seaweed extract to plump fine lines and wrinkles.  This super concentrated essence is perfect to repair and nourish the delicate skin around your eyes. 

Mijin Cosmetics Brightening Mask contains mulberry root, lemon, and green tea to help even out skin, clear up your completion, and help with dark spots.

So that is this month's Mask Maven.  I just got this in the mail so I have not tried all of the masks yet.  If you want me to do a follow up on how each worked let me know.

Beauteque Monthly June/July BB bag review

It's here !!!June Beauteque Monthly BB bag. I know that we are in July but Beauteque Monthly ships late in the month so you get your shipment the beginning of the following month.  This does not bother me because you sill receive your BB bag at the same time each month.  The only way you notice you are getting the bag from the month before is the title on the information card.

Ok!  Let jump into the good part.

Each month comes with a theme and this month is Life's a beach!  New surprises that make life beachy 😆

Turn your home into a spa with Tsaio Exfolating cream in Jasmine Smoothing.  With essential oils and plant extracts nourishing your skin, you can scrub away dry spots leaving you with smooth glowing skin.  Best to use in the shower but becarful the oils can make your shower slippery.  Apply to dampen skin in a circular motion and massage into skin.  Rinse with warm water.  

I can not wait to try this essence, now more then ever being that we are in the hot weather.  Let me tell you why.  This Change Essence is from Urban Dollkiss called, Urban City Azulence 10°.  You use this to refresh and sooth your skin after a day in the sun.  The plant based azulene reduce inflammation and heal damaged skin.  Well that all sounds great but the part I am excited to try is that you store this in the fridge.  I know that you can store a lot of skin care in the fridge such as sheet masks for refreshing feeling but this essence performs best when cold.  We you place it in the fridge it will turn a deep blue when ready.

This perfect fill up hair Ampoule by Labor is a great way to help you hair recover from sun and wind damage.  This ampoule nourshes hair with collagen, silk, keratin and ceramides.  To use: mix with water in a 1:1 ratio until it reaches a creamy consistency.  Apply to hair and leave on for 20-30 minutes and rinse with like warm water.

Tattoo lip tint by Wangskin.  This is a transfer proof, waterproof lip tint.  Now this is completely different then other lip tint that I have tried.  You apply it like you would any lip gloss.  The thicker the layer the darker the color.  Let it fully dry.  Depending on how thick of a layer you put on it can take up to 10 to 15 minutes.  When it is completely dry peel off the lip tint starting from one corner of you lips.  What is left is a beautiful lip stain that will last all day.  A lip balm came be placed on top for a gloss look with out hurting the color.  

Next up is a gel eye liner from Mik@vonk.  This is a nice double ended automatic gel eye liner.  One end is mate and the other has small glitter.  This is a nice liner and stay in place well.  I should mention that this is a different liner then what my information card said I was receiving but that was ok with me.

I love face and eye masks that can be worn overnight because of that fresh look you wake up with in the morning.  The Persian Cat Eye mask by Urbanlook is a great one.  It comes with an eye essence and a eye mask.  After cleaning and toning apply a thick layer of the eye essence and then put on the Persian Cat Eye mask.  This mask can me worn for up to 8 hours so is great for over night.

I received a bonus items this month.  Once and a while Beauteque will send a thank you gift for being a subscriber.  I think that this is a nice touch.  A lot of time you revive your thank you in a different shipment then your monthly box, so it is a nice surprise in your mailbox.  This month I received a green tea relaxing sheet mask by Annie's Way.

Ipsy July 2017 review

July ipsy is here!!!

      Let's take a look at what I got this month. 

Let's just take a moment to look at how cute this bag is.  I had to include a picture of the back.  Cute little yolk butt 🐣

Ok now for the rundown 

Let's start with this illuminator brush by Beau Gachis.  This fluffy brush is made with synthetic bristles so it is 100% vegan and cruelly free.  It can be used with all formulas: powers, creams, liquids, and gel.  It works great with concealer for the under eye area.

Next we have a mini concealer crayon by TreStiQue.  It offers medium to full coverage and is buildable which is great for those tired dark circle days😉.  One of the great things about this concealer is that it is infused with coconut oil.  Super hydrating and  offering a natural look to your skin is some of the benefits of coconut oil.  Also it helps to prevent creasing and caking.   Great packaging for touch ups on the go.

AHAVA mineral hand cream is made with water and minerals from the Dead sea.  It also contains witch hazel.  The benefits of this is that it is able smooth, heal and nourish dry skin.  It absorbs super fast into the skin so there is no messy greasy feeling.  Can be uses any where on the body where dry skin is an issue.  For any one that uses fake tans this will help prevent color from building up on rough areas.  

Now we have the Wonderwand gel kohl hybrid liner in black by Ciate London.  First let me say i love the packaging, so cute.  (I am a sucker for cute packaging)  What makes this liner a hybrid is it's double ends.  One side is a gel liner in inky black kohl formula that will stay put all day.  The other side is a blending brush for smudgy, smokey looks.  You are able to get a fine point on this to do a nice wing but I find is better for smokey eye.  

And last but not least is by Tarte cosmetics.  It is the Rainforest of the sea deep clean gel.  It is a cleaner that is hypoallergenic and full of antioxidents.  It is made from "seafood" for your skin!! It contains marine algae and marine flower.  It is also able to dissolve waterproof make.  And the smell is great.

Ipsy subscription info

ipsy 2017 is here!!

Before I get into what I got this month I just want to give a little info for anyone who have not tried a ipsy subscription.

ipsy is a monthly subscription services that sends you 5 deluxe sample size (and some times full sizes) of makeup, hair care, skin care and tools for $10 a month. 

There are many great things about ipsy and here is a quick list of my favorites. 

You can earn points for free stuff.  Every time you review an item or refer a friend you earn ipsy points that can add up.  You even get points for following ipsy on social media.  You do have to keep track of them because they do expire.

You get a glam makeup bag every month. (So cute)

The sometimes they  have ipsy offer purchases.They are either things just for ipsy or at a discount. (I got the cutest Pairs pallet)

Also you have a lot of control on what you receive.  You take a survey when you sign up for this service so the items you get are based on your hair type, skin color, likes, etc. You can update this at any time.

Birchbox July 2017 review

July Birchbox!!!

Let's do a quick run down of what I got this month.

First is Avene, Cleanancr Expert.  This is a light weight moisturizer that mattifies and reduces redness with I am so excited about.  I have a problem with redness an very excited to try this. Full size is $26. 

Next up is from Beautaniq Beauty, Blush serum in the color Sunrise.  This is a water based blush that contains apricot seed and vitamin E oil so it nourishes you skin while you use it.  Full size $16

Now we have a perfume from English Laundry called Oxford Bleu Femme.  It has sent of lemon, mint, sandalwood, and Vanilla.  Now it is not often that I get perfume from Birchbox but I am happy I did, such a great sent.  Full size $25-$70.

From Marcelle we got a 3-in-1 Gel eye makeup remover.  The great thing about this remover is that it removes all eye makeup including waterproof mascara but the part I love the most is that it is very soothing on the eyes and helps reduce puffiness around the eyes.  I find a lot of eye makeup removers to be very harsh around my eyes so I am happy to find one that has a soothing element in it.  Full size $16

From purlissa comes a BB tinted cream with SPF 30.  Over the last few months I have really gotten in to BB cream and CC cream instead of tradianal foundation because of the skin benefits that they have to offer.  This one contains chamomile and Asian extract to even skin tone, soothes inflamed areas, and hydrates the skin all while providing SPF 30.  Full size $35. 

And this month Birchbox sent a bonus sample set of a shampoo and conditioner from R + Co from the Gemstone line.  This combo is used to protect color treated hair while nourishing with hibiscus, peas, rice, and golden root extracts.  Full size  $24-$25
